Passport Issuance
Clients who obtained the WebMoney passport through us will have an opportunity to topup their WebMoney purses for 2%. Transfers to other WMID's will be made on general basis.

Initial Passport - can be obtained by a registered member of WebMoney Transfer who already has a formal passport and after his personal (passport) data has been verified by the Registrar (simon) - member of the Certification Center.

Personal Passport - is a main type of passports in WebMoney Transfer system. Personal passport can be issued to a registered member of WebMoney Transfer system who already has a formal or initial passport and after his personal (passport) data has been verified by the Registrar (simon) - member of the Certification Center.

In order to successfully apply for initial/personal passport you must in person provide the Registrar with a following list of documents:
- passport (original);
- application. This must be made in a prescribed form and you must sign it in the presence of the Registrar;
- photocopies of passport (no need to notarize them.)
